JOY LIMITED WARRANTY- Joy Computers -  Each computer system (except where otherwise  noted) comes with a 1 year , from date of purchase, warranty on all internal parts and labor except for CD-DVD-IDE drives which come with a 90 day Joy warranty and the original factory warranty.. This Warranty excludes external parts, such as mouse, keyboard, speakers, monitor etc. Monitors come with their own warranty depending on the type and model purchased.  Standard Joy Monitors carry a one year replacement warranty.  Plus every computer system (except where otherwise noted) comes with an additional Life-Time service warranty. This means you can ship the computer back to us and we will repair it  and charge only for replacement parts only.  This warranty does not cover damaged due to accident, damage, or abuse on the part of the buyer.  This warranty can be replaced with a number of upgrades if purchased with a system. .  Customer must pay for shipping charges to our Service Center.  For Computer shipping and warranty on parts, follow the directions below: 

At Joy Computers, we'd like to help you resolve a purchase problem as quickly and easily as possible. Provided you meet the terms and conditions listed below, you may make an exchange or return. Please note that not all items are covered by our returns policy. We suggest you read the complete returns policy before you make your purchase.

General Policies

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All exchanges and returns require a Receipt of purchase. (ROP) number.* Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.
  • An ROP is listed on your original invoice and shipped with your system. If it is not found with your System it can be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
  • The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the ROP issue date.
  • All products are sold with their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
  • When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
  • All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and have all accessories, blank warranty cards, and user’s manuals.
  • Please note all returns conditions listed below, as applicable to your return.
  • As part of our Buy with Confidence Guarantee, we do not charge any restocking fees.
  • When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
  • All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals.

Exceptions to our Return Policy
To ensure the most efficient processing of your return, please note that certain manufacturers’ products are not returnable for credit or exchange through Joy Computers . These manufacturers require that they directly handle their damaged or defective products. Any products that are exceptions to our regular return policy  cannot be returned to Joy Computers. This includes Hard Drives, Processors (CPU's), Memory chips, all types of CD and DVD ROMs.  Please contact the manufacturer for repairs or replacements of these items.
If you need to replace defective Kingston Memory (RAM), please call Kingston directly at 1-800-337-3719 for an immediate replacement.

All Other Hardware Products

  • May be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
  • Credit will not be given on printers, fax machines, build-to-order items, and special orders for any reason. However, exchanges will be allowed if requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Please remove all installed ink or toner cartridges prior to repackaging your printer for return. Cartridges left installed during shipping can seriously damage the printer, in which case credit cannot be given. Contain these removed cartridges in either their original packing or a securable plastic bag.

All Software Products

  • Unopened software can be exchanged within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Opened software will not be accepted for return.

Discontinued Products
At times, Joy Computers will offer specially priced items that have been discontinued by the manufacturer. These items, clearly marked as discontinued, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Clearance Items
Returns on clearance items are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date if the product is damaged or deemed defective. An ROP must be obtained in order for a clearance return to be accepted and processed. We cannot exchange clearance products, as the manufacturer has either discontinued these items or we no longer have them in stock.

 Joy Computers Upgrade exchange plan. When ever you purchase a Joy Computer, you can trade it in at anytime for a future upgrade. You will be given full wholesale value for your system at the going rate at the time.

Joy Computers does not represent nor is responsible for warranties on all products we sell except on Computers which come with a 1 year limited warranty (parts & labor). and a Life-Time extended service warranty. All other products are warranted by their respected manufactures. All products at Joy Computers are brand new with manufacture warranty except where noted. exceptions. 

Prices & availability at Joy Computers 
All prices are subject to change without notice, we also make every effort to provide you with up to date prices and availability in the event that the product is incorrectly priced by a typographical error or otherwise Joy Computers will give the customer the choice to purchase the item . Effort to accommodate each customer on every price in the case where an item is lower in price Joy Computers will always charge the lowest price. In the event the price is higher Joy Computers will give you the freedom to choose if you still want to purchase the product or not. 

Warranty From Joy Computers
All sales on extended warranties are not refundable .

You can choose any of these convenient methods:

  2. You may contact our Customer Care Center at 407-568-3960  from 9AM to 7PM, Monday through Friday, and Saturday, 9AM to 3PM, Eastern time.

After Receiving Your Return Merchandise Authorization (ROP) Number

  1. Write your ROP number legibly on the return label.
  2. Return the entire package to:

Crediting Your Account

Credit will be issued within five business days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the PayPal  account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it to your actual account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial institution. When returning an item paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 10 business days from the time we receive your return.

Product Replacement

When exchanging an item, you will be sent a replacement item and a new tracking number once Joy Computers  receives, approves and processes the returned item.

Privacy of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to others. We use customer information we collect for the sole purpose of filling orders, contacting purchasers to inform them of their order status, sending promotional information, enhancing the operation of our site, protecting the card holders from fraudulent purchases, serving advertisements, for statistical purposes and to administer our systems. We may use third parties to help us fulfill orders, to help process payments, to provide customer service, to serve site content, to serve the advertisements you see on our site, to conduct surveys, to help administer promotional emails, to administer warranties purchased, and to administer drawings or contests. We give them access to the information needed to do their job. Sometimes that includes your personal information. Our computer system protects personal information using advanced firewall technology.
We will never share your personal information, including your email address, with anyone or any company for any reason (unless required by law).

Secured Transactions
For credit card transactions, Joy Computers  adds security by using PayPal Secure Server . This means that the credit card information you send is encrypted , and then decrypted again on our side, preventing others from accessing your private information in between. So, when using an SSL capable browser, shopping on Joy Computers web site is the safest kind of transaction possible with a credit card.
